Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect potential leads.
∎ Market intelligence about competitors.
∎ Field visit to find out potential land.
∎ Prepare the development plan of land.
∎ Feasibility study in new areas to expand future business.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years experience in real estate.
∎ Experience in MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ Good negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and hard working.
