Purchase/ Procurement, supply chain management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achievement of land volume and coverage target with appropriate service frequency.
∎ Collect leads and negotiate with landowners.
∎ Achievement of target land volume with the help of the team.
∎ Develop and maintain mail communication with prospective prospects.
∎ To negotiate and fix the negotiation terms with the selected prospects.
∎ To arrange a DOA and POA signing with the selected landowners.
∎ To develop a price list of the products and set the selling price.
∎ To prepare the feasibility for the prospects.
∎ Daily follow-up with the prospective prospects.
∎ Negotiate independently with the prospects.
∎ Prepare various managerial reports regarding land.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Preference will be given to the person who has 2-3 years of experience in land acquisition.
∎ The person has to have business development capability.
∎ Should be target oriented.
∎ Should be proactive and align with organizational culture.
