∎ BBA/MBA preferably in Marketing from reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will be fully responsible for frequent outdoor visit to the tenants and different corporate offices.
∎ He will also be responsible for creating relationships with prospective tenants.
∎ Meet with prospect clients, presenting the product and maturing rent.
∎ Create new tenant and following up with existing tenant/property owner.
∎ Identifying potential market/ clients along with new rental opportunity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent coordination.
∎ Able to take under pressure.
∎ Should have strong communication & negotiation skills with computer literacy.
∎ Should be fluent in written & spoken English.
∎ Hard working mentality.
∎ Positive attitude to maintain company culture.
