Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Real Estate Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of company profile & project profile.
∎ Preparation of Project Presentation for landowners, customers & investors.
∎ Work on company brand enhancement.
∎ Able to do the digital marketing & promotional activities.
∎ Prepare Marketing, Promotion & Branding plan, strategy & budget.
∎ Have adequate knowledge & creativity to prepare creative project brochure and different promotional material.
∎ Organize & manage corporate events.
∎ Have to be good presentation skills and should have experience on hosting an event.
∎ Monitor & update company Website, Facebook page other social media activities; mass mailing, bulk SMS etc.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge about branding & marketing plan, budget and it's effectiveness.
∎ Manage customer database in different formats.
∎ Gather information from outdoor visit and prepare market inelegancy reports.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Smart, Energetic, Presentable, Fluency in speaking &
∎ Writing in English & Bengali, Computer skill.

Salary: Negotiable
