Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Advertising & Promotion, Beautification, Content Marketing, Ecommerce Marketing, FMCG Sales & Marketing, Marketing skill for beauty and cosmetics industry, Marketing Strategies, Online Marketing, Promotion and Branding
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Ageny, Boutique/ Fashion, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, E-commerce, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Retail Store, Super store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic marketing planning for online and offline.
∎ Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.
∎ Create content and ideas for online posts and in print media.
∎ Develop promotion for multiple platforms such as websites, social media, blogs and vlogs.
∎ Capable to work with creative designers, graphic designers, video editors, production and digital marketing team.
∎ Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
∎ Maintain the best engagement with internal & external customers.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ 2-5 years of work experience.
Preferable in cosmetics and retail industries.
Understand grammar rules and how to construct clear sentences.
Must have excellent spoken and written (typing) skills in English & Bangla.
Tech-savvy, advanced in MS Office & Google Docs.
Need an extrovert & creative person.
The candidate who can join as soon as possible will be preferred.
