Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare yearly Brand plan.
∎ Execute annual brand plan accordingly considering sales & event teams' in liaison with the respective plan respective plan.
∎ Monitor daily upcoming events checklist-wise updates .
∎ Monitor daily sales (regional & SKU wise) to see brand's performance.
∎ Monitor the sales achievement (regional & SKU wise) weekly & also check what competitors are doing in the market, and take action, if needed.
∎ Monitor weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly sales (regional & SKU wise) to see brands performance & also check what's competitors are doing in the market, take action if needed, also align it with Brand activities.
∎ Maintain liaison with factory, sales, procurement department etc. (in short internal & external stakeholders) to ensure smooth work flow.
∎ Annually check whether brand plan & execution actually impact brand grain market share, consumer mind share.
