Additional Requirements:

  • Professional Experience: 3–5 years (or more) of experience in administration, data management, reporting, or MIS operations.

  • Experience in corporate office management, data analysis, and coordination between departments is highly valued.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) especially advanced Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.)

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, database management, or reporting tools.

  • Basic understanding of IT systems, data security, and record management.

  • Administrative Skills, Strong knowledge of office management procedures, procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination.

  • Ability to handle employee records, attendance, and logistics efficiently.

  • Experience in organizing meetings, events, and official communication.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication (Bangla & English) and report writing skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Good leadership, coordination, and time management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare & perform data analysis, prepare different kinds of MIS Reports as and when required.

  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.

  • Performs periodic verification of different files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.

  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of different files and records.

  • Ensure employee ID card preparation, disbursement and record keeping.

  • Keep staff leave records and others valuable documents.

  • Purchase and ensure proper documentation of logistic, stationery in stock register, maintain store and keep always update.

  • Maintain registers for receiving of incoming letters, mails & dispatching letters to different persons and other purpose as set up by the respective department or as per organization`s rule.

  • Maintain organizational regulations and discipline and implement it at her/his jurisdiction.

  • Develop and maintain MIS operational procedures and system standards.

  • Prepare MIS operational and developmental reports, on monthly basis, for stakeholders.

  • Coordinate, conduct, schedule and record MIS team meetings.

  • Assist in coordinating, planning, facilitating and communicating Sales & Marketing team`s milestones and activities for major MIS part.

  • Monitor and track to sales team for progress against goals, objectives, and timelines.

  • Develop and generate the sales status reports to management.

  • Maintain MIS tools and weekly MIS reports.

  • Provide network support and maintenance to install, troubleshoot and repair network systems.

  • Provide software/hardware application training for users.

  • Install, upgrade and configure software/hardware applications.

  • Maintain virus and spam protection for system security.

  • Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.

  • To follow up Sales & Marketing Field Force daily by tracking systems.

  • To prepare Sales related Database as primary & secondary as per dealer, SR, TSM as well ASM wise.

  • To keep, maintain & update Dealers record time to time and also frequently field visit.

  • To check data accuracy in orders, Invoice and challan.

  • To maintain close liaison with the Distribution & Inventory Section to ensure timely accurate delivery.

  • Any other tasks requested by the supervisor that are relevant to the job family and related to ESFL objectives.
