Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and engage with the target audience.
∎ Create compelling and engaging social media content, including videos, and written posts, on social media platforms, like Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn etc. that align with our brand and resonate with our audience.
∎ Build and nurture a strong online community through active engagement, responding to comments, messages, and feedback, and fostering positive relationships with followers.
∎ Develop and execute promotional campaigns for e-commerce products, including sales, discounts, and product launches.
∎ Monitor social media and e-commerce analytics to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing and e-commerce strategies.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align social media and e-commerce efforts with overall business objectives.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and e-commerce technologies to recommend and implement innovative strategies.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): E-commerce, Online Sales, Content writing, Copywriting/ Script Writing, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Facebook Business Manager, Facebook marketing, Social Media Management, Website Content Creation, and WordPress.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT/Software company, E-commerce, Ads agency

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
