Job Responsibilities:
∎ Please do not apply if you cannot work the night shift and holidays.
∎ Accurately enter and update data related to property preservation activities into designated software systems or databases.
∎ Review and verify the accuracy of data entries to ensure consistency and reliability.
∎ Maintain organized electronic and physical records of property preservation activities, including work orders, inspection reports, photographs, and other related documents.
∎ Collaborate with team members, contractors, and external stakeholders to gather and exchange information.
∎ Generate regular reports on property preservation activities.
∎ (For experienced candidates)-Must have experience in MCS & Safeguard.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): MCS & Safeguard
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply for entry-level jobs.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ For Freshers: Training Period (First Month): 5,000 Taka Training allowance provided. Second Month onwards: Monthly salary of 10,000-12,000 taka
For Experienced: In MCS & Safeguard 25,000-30,000 taka
Compensation & Other Benefits:
