Job Responsibilities:
∎ This is a full-time on-site role, and the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the relationship between our clients and vendors.
∎ The coordinator must develop and maintain positive relationships with both parties, ensure timely delivery of services, expedite project progress, and address client and vendor concerns and complaints.
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in "Property Preservation and Maintenance business." (Freshers are also encouraged to apply)
∎ Must have high proficiency in English (writing, reading and listening)
∎ Must be fluent in English Speaking
∎ Must have dedication and commitment towards the work and company benefits
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Demonstrated experience in client/vendor management and negotiation;
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
∎ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects;
∎ Familiarity with project management software/tools;
∎ Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
∎ Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders;
∎ Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
∎ Proven ability to meet strict deadlines under pressure;
∎ Experience in IT or software development is a plus, but not required.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable
