Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and write documents outlining the requirements for tender submissions, covering both hardware and software.
∎ Conduct research, suggest, and put into practice documentation for projects involving government, semi-government, UN, and NGOs.
∎ Keep a record of all changes and updates made to documents.
∎ Maintain our CRM system and build a potential project pipeline.
∎ Initiate enhancements in documentation processes.
∎ Demonstrate consistent and advanced time management skills.
∎ Establish a standard format for organizational documents.
∎ Gather and distribute technical information.
∎ Generate various architectural diagrams needed for tender applications.
∎ Handle multiple projects with changing deadlines.
∎ Meet all relevant release and documentation deadlines.
∎ Prepare documentation for software inception and SRS (Software Requirements Specification) reports.
∎ Participate in pre-bid and other meetings.
∎ May be asked to perform other tasks as directed or requested by the management or CEO.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Proven experience in winning Government and as well as other tenders.
∎ Must have working experience in the e-GP system.
∎ Having experience in working for international tender and prevent tender award experience.
∎ At least 2 years of full-time work experience directly related to developing technical and/or software product information.
∎ A proficient command of English is a must.
∎ Ability to comprehend, assimilate and document numerous software applications, hardware functionality, and software/hardware integration independently.
∎ Excellent writing skills.
∎ Ability to edit, proofread and implement in-line changes.
∎ Ability to work on government, a2i & UN, NGOs Tender.
∎ Advanced understanding of technical writing conventions.
∎ Ability to comprehend and clearly communicate complex technical data.
∎ Advanced documentation layout and formatting skills.
∎ Highly motivated, independent individual.
∎ Ability to lead the business analyst team.
