Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

• Bachelor’s degree in Leather engineering/Science/Business from Public, Private or Oversees University.

• A PGD/Diploma degree from reputed institution on footwear manufacturing will add more value.

• Age 28 to 32 years

• Experienced in troubleshooting sewing-related defects and implementing preventive actions.

• Strong technical knowledge of the full leather sewing production cycle

• Ensure Productivity and Target achievement by proper support from the Supervisor·

• Confirm Target, SMV with IE and Production Planning on previous working day.

• Ensure concern line quality and quantity as per SOP and Target. (AQL).

• Close shop order as per SOP (1000 pairs within 3 days).

• Ensure FTR (First Time Pass) and control rework below 2%.

• Process synchronizes to ensure best line balancing and proper utilization of manpower.
