Responsibilities & Context:
ACI Motors Limited is looking for Young Engineers who are willing to manage a product’s after sales service network countrywide. Major Responsibilities are -
Establish and maintain nationwide service network for the assigned product/business.
Establish proper service reporting system/apps for field service team.
Manage adherence to service guidelines and ensure comprehensive understanding of SOPs for service technicians/engineers.
Manage expense claims and logistics requirements for the field team to ensure service operations.
Manage and address customer complaints to enhance service quality.
Manage warranty claims to principal with proper documentations.
Collect data, analyse and provide reports and monthly presentations on service performance.
Provide support for new product development.
Frequent field visit to address service issues and provide resolution.
