ACI Motors Limited is looking for Young Engineers who are willing to manage a product’s after sales service network countrywide. Major Responsibilities are -

• Establish and maintain nationwide service network for the assigned product/business.

• Establish proper service reporting system/apps for field service team.

• Manage adherence to service guidelines and ensure comprehensive understanding of SOPs for service technicians/engineers.

• Manage expense claims and logistics requirements for the field team to ensure service operations.

• Manage and address customer complaints to enhance service quality.

• Manage warranty claims to principal with proper documentations.

• Collect data, analyse and provide reports and monthly presentations on service performance.

• Provide support for new product development.

• Frequent field visit to address service issues and provide resolution.
