Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving sales target, growth with maintain product mix and maintaining credit regulation. Follow up on time collection of credit, overdue reduction and overall collection.
∎ Collecting sales orders, co-ordinate & follow up delivery, collecting cheque, and co-ordinate cash collection and arranging information about payment realization. (e.g.: Cheque dishonors).
∎ Demand generation activities like house visit, project visit, and corporate house visit.
∎ Maintaining good rapport with all stake holders- like dealers, painters, contractors, govt. organizations.
∎ Conducting Painters workshop, weekly painters meets as per company policy.
∎ Maintaining good rapport with relevant govt. organization like PWD, LGED, EED, HED etc.
∎ Coordinate and follow up marketing activities like activation, shelter branding, shop sign installation etc.
∎ Coordinating color scape installation, maintenance, schemes etc.
∎ Coordinating long pending overdue collection with credit recovery team.
∎ Communicating schemes trade promotions with all stakeholders.
∎ Opening new dealers, expanding distribution reach and maintaining good rapport with all stakeholders even who is not our current customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Applicant should have experience in Trade Sales
∎ Applicant should have experience in the following business areas: Paints, Cement, Steel, Tiles/Ceramic
