Responsibilities & Context:
Making cold calls to potential customers and promoting the various services provided by Digi Jadoo Broadband Limited
Maintaining good relation with the customers
Welcoming the guests and providing assistance during phone call
Making reports of everyday projects
Recommending internet packages based on the requirements of the customers
Meeting sales target
Making smooth onboarding of the new customers
Answering the queries of the customers and resolving their issues
