Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary: The Senior Executive – Systems and Compliance will be responsible for managing and maintaining all certification systems, ensuring compliance with national and international standards, and supporting sustainability and traceability initiatives. The position requires close coordination with internal departments and external auditors to uphold certification integrity and continuous improvement across all compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit Preparation & Execution: Conduct internal audits or pre-audits to identify compliance gaps and areas for improvement and maintain up-to-date audit reports and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
  • Documentation & Record Keeping: Prepare, update, and maintain certification-related documents, traceability records, and process maps in line with audit requirements.
  • Sustainability & Traceability Support: Support sustainability initiatives, QMS and buyer-driven traceability programs to meet global compliance expectations.
  • Certification Management: Maintain and ensure compliance with all certifications, including GRS (Global Recycled Standard), GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), OEKO-TEX, ISO, FSC, and other buyer-required scopes.
  • Process Development: Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for technical, quality, and compliance-related processes.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with product development, quality control, production, and management teams to share audit findings, technical observations, and improvement plans.
  • Corrective Action Management: Ensure that all audit findings and non-conformities are addressed, resolved, and closed within stipulated timelines.
