• Strong PPIC knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing, SAP S/4HANA (MM/PP) hands-on experience, BOM & MRP understanding, RM/PM planning expertise (including import), and demand forecasting with supply & inventory optimization.

• 2-3 years of experiences in SCM Planning, Production department or relevant fields of reputed pharmaceuticals company

Job Responsibilities

• Collecting Forecast from Marketing Departments and analyze Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Sales & Forecast.

• Preparing & monitoring of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly production plans for different production lines/units through analysis of the products stock, market demand & sales plan.

• To ensure the availability of necessary RM/PM/other materials through Procurement team of Supply Chain to execute the supply plans of Finished Products in Market

• Coordination with all concerned department (Warehouse, Production, QC, Microbiology & QA) regarding priority wise materials receiving, sampling, approval, product manufacturing, analysis & release to ensure the FG dispatch in time as per SCM Planning.

• Monitoring & reporting the execution status against SCM Planning (Planned Orders vs Process Order)

• Monitoring of PR to GR through SAP for direct materials.

• RM/PM requisition generation, processing, archiving & follow up to ensure adequate stock level.

• Inventory monitoring including daily receiving status check & information sharing with relevant department to maintain smooth supply.

• Ensure new products are launched within time in coordination with relevant stakeholders (PMD, SCM

• Sourcing & Procurement Team, R&D, Production, QC, WH, CDC, VAT Dept. etc.)

• Support to develop new products, improvement of existing products by calculating & providing materials from commercial stock.

• Fulfilment campaign of Marketing by close monitoring.

• Analyze inventory status and minimize blocks, expired and obsolescence stock and generate reports.

• Any other work assigned by management.
