∎ Graduate from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data ownership and ensure accuracy of data.
∎ Understanding stakeholders needs and evaluating data and proving reports accordingly to help stakeholders.
∎ Resolve daily sales variances and monitor exceptions.
∎ Review and evaluate Sales lead information.
∎ Communicate with Sales Concern to ensure all lead information are logged in Sale's software properly.
∎ Perform detail audit of lead processes including: update info in sales software, monitoring timely follow up, validate genuine lead, finding fraud lead etc.
∎ Preparing weekly, monthly report of lead and overall status including sold, pending, closed, hold etc.
∎ Communicate with Sales Dept. to make sure each lead is handled and followed up properly.
∎ Monitoring inbound call through hotlines.
∎ Review current reports and suggest improvements.
∎ Ability to work independently and provide reports to management accurately and in time.
∎ Willingness to adapt to changes
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Experience in data analytics or in a MIS role in FMCG company or real estate company.
∎ Strong Knowledge on Audit.
∎ Experience in handling sales automation process.
∎ Knowledge on Sales related activities & real estate industries.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Advanced level of excel knowledge (knowledge of macros will be given preference)
∎ Able to use MS Word and PowerPoint.
∎ Good written communication in English
