  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • At least 2 years of experience in real estate.
  • Proven track record in Apartment & Commercial Space Sales.
  • Excellent salesmanship and customer relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.

Responsibilities & Context:

Workplace: Work at office & Outdoor.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Collect booking money and down payment from the new client & Create a strong client base relationship for potential opportunities.

  • Prepare a daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan. Find Prospective Clients by door to door field visit.

  • Arrange project visits for the clients as per requirement. Collect the required documents from the customer.

  • Looking for new customer hunting to lead generate.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, both offline and online.

  • Visit prospective customers and explain project features.

  • Attend property fairs, events, and field activities.

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company properties.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

  • Be able to maintain a good atmosphere in the office and with other employees.

  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

  • Coordinate with the design team for promotional materials.

  • Right and positive attitude for promoting companies product and brand image.

  • Report on sales activities to senior management.

  • Any other task assigned by management.

  • Have to perform your duties from 9:30am-6:30pm properly following all office rules and regulations.
