∎ Planned and coordinated the effective execution of the sales function.
∎ Conduct market research and explore new business opportunities.
∎ Meet sales targets.
∎ Identify and approach potential customers interested in our projects.
∎ Arrange and conduct property visits with prospective clients.
∎ Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
∎ Deliver sales presentations and provide detailed information about our properties.
∎ Assist in organizing sales events and promotional activities.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
∎ Ensure proper record-keeping of all sales activities.
∎ Participate in any other activities as required by management.
