Job Responsibilities:
∎ To deal with the quality staff independently for all the quality assurance activities including quality control / audit, in line inspection, pre final and final inspection.
∎ To plan, monitor, audit and ensure quality standards for products in coordination with merchandising team and production people.
∎ To monitor product quality through from raw material to finished goods.
∎ To assist the department head in day to day routine activities.
∎ To follow up on size set, pre-production activities, in line and final inspection with proper documentation.
∎ To monitor the quality of textiles, accessories, trims, print, embroidery, wash, sample, etc.
∎ Coordinate with Merchandising, Sourcing, Production, Finishing, Design, Product Development & other related departments.
∎ To assure the quality as per buyer's requirements.
∎ Reduce defects and make an action plan by analyzing the problems. Solve the quality issues and establish a Zero defect culture in the factory.
∎ Excellent knowledge in solving critical issues explaining technical points of various quality related day to day problems occurring in sampling process or factory production.
∎ Review product performance specs & test procedures of all product categories.
∎ Identify causes and take actionable steps to improve product quality and enhance buyer satisfaction.
∎ Required to participate in pre-production meetings, carry out in-line and final inspection according to the company's standard quality control requirements, and to prepare inspection reports for submission within the designated timeline.
∎ Keep all necessary metrics for tracking performance and effectiveness of all relevant QC teams.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: knit
∎ Pattern making for knit, woven, Quality Control/Audit, basic on printing, embroidery and washing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following categories men's, ladies, children and kids wear product safety and process controls
∎ Should have good working experience with composite units
∎ The candidate should have experienced in the field of Sample Section, print, embroidery, washing, merchandising, Pattern Maker & QA
