Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Experience in Cylinder manufacturing will be given preference.
Candidates with major in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Production will be given priority.
Basic knowledge of local regulations and BERC.
Knowledge of Standardization Mark and DOT 4BA-240.
General knowledge of OSH Act.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for entire supporting functions to run the production smoothly in daily basis.
Knowledge of operation of the machine and reach the target.
Shift change over screening and overseeing.
Daily manpower distribution in both shifts and manpower management.
Communicating with subordinate and superior.
Responsible to ensure the product meets the standard DOT 4BA-240 or DOT 4BW-240.
Ensure adherence to health and safety guideline by all employees as well as legal obligations.
Active participant in plant safety programs and perform Audits of SOPs, Quality and Safety.
Data recording and Reporting.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
