Educational Requirements:
∎ The incumbent should be M. Pharm/B. Pharm with excellent academic record from reputed universities. MBA shall be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify & launch new products and ensure leading share of the product in the market.
∎ Develop and implement brand wise marketing plan in order to ensuring market penetration, profit generation and market share maximization.
∎ Analyze assigned product performance using internal & external product sales data, prescription data and on-going review of market.
∎ Train, motivate and guide newly recruited & existing sales staff regarding new & existing products to ensure continuous growth and promotion of products in the market.
∎ Develop the sales territories and understand market dynamics and demand by identifying market opportunities to facilitate brand building.
∎ Build up rapport with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) across the country and maintain strong professional relationship with them.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-3 years of work experience in PMD of Pharmaceutical industry will be given preference.
∎ Candidates from reputed public universities (DU, JU, RU, KU, CU) and private universities (NSU, UAP, BRAC & EWU) are particularly encouraged to apply.
∎ Incumbents with no experience and CGPA below 3.00 in undergraduate/post graduate level and are discouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent written/oral communication skills (proficiency in both English and Bangla) and strong analytical, strategic thinking, organizational, interpersonal competencies with commendable negotiation skills are required.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer especially in MS office package is required.
∎ The incumbent should be pro-active to work under pressure, result oriented with 'can do' attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Age limit is within 30 (thirty) years. But it may be relaxed for highly qualified candidates.
∎ Higher position will be offered for highly experienced and most deserving candidates.
