Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive / Senior Executive to lead our Product Development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end product development processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative, high-quality products that meet market demands and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development:
Lead the product development process from concept to final approval, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, market trends, and company goals.
Collaborate with design teams to develop product specifications, material selections, and prototypes.
Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and risk assessments for new product lines.
Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality materials within budget constraints.
Plan and manage development timelines, ensuring all milestones are achieved on schedule.
Monitor production samples and ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
Coordinate with the production team to transition products from development to mass production seamlessly.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations for product innovation and improvement.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align product offerings with market needs.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations throughout the development cycle.
