∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Production Management (Knitting & Weaving)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning, development and implementation all over Planning & IE.
∎ Setting IE team and ensuring that the targets are achieved.
∎ Review the current policies and improve plans to improve upon the existing standards.
∎ Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
∎ Prepare operation dispatch machine with line layout.
∎ Organize method /Motion /Time study in line for each style.
∎ Capacity study of line for setting standards targets and line balancing.
∎ Monitor the productivity and efficiency report.
∎ Train the concern responsible to increase productivity.
∎ Ensure various system implementations to minimize the cost and increase efficiency of factory.
∎ Achieve production plan.
∎ Maintain all tech production related KPI 's and make sure those are in exported level.
∎ Coordinate with cutting to packing department to ensure the set process sequencing without any failure.
∎ Coordinate with IE & Planning, Supply Chain for smooth production.
∎ Responsible for achieving target and high efficiency.
∎ Line production balancing and process.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years

∎ Knit Garments.
∎ Must have good presence and leadership ability.
∎ Good computer operating skill (Excel) should be required
∎ Must be smart, dynamic, innovative, strategic thinker and capable to work under pressure
∎ Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required.
∎ Should have experience in the following areas: IE, Planning & Production management.
∎ Excellent communication skill (both written and spoken) in English.
∎ Capable to achieve higher graded efficiency.
