Experience:

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies

• Bachelor’s Degree in EEE/Telecommunication/CSE or related field.

• Certification in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) will be considered as an additional qualification.

• Vendor certifications will be considered as an additional qualification.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies

• Age At least 22 years

• 1–3 years of experience in surveillance/security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Networking).

• Hands-on experience with surveillance equipment installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, Lilin, or ITC surveillance products.

• Knowledge of VMS/ANPR systems and integration with access control.

• Basic knowledge of computer networking (IP addressing, switches, routers, etc.).

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team under pressure.

• Willingness to travel for project deployments.

• Design, install, configure and maintain security surveillance with IP PA systems (CCTV, IP Cameras, NVR/DVR, VMS, ANPR, FR, Access Control, PA System etc.).

• Perform site surveys, prepare BOQs and ensure project implementation as per requirements in both Surveillance & PA System.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software/network issues related to surveillance & PA systems.

• Coordinate with clients for technical requirements, installation progress and handover documentation.

• Provide remote and onsite technical support, including preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Work closely with the project and presales teams to ensure timely project execution and commissioning.

• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.

• Stay updated with the latest surveillance, security & PA technology trends.
