- Candidates with non technical backgrounds may also apply, provides they have relevant experience in the power sector.
- Must hold a valid motorbike license and be able to travel frequently
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and ready to take ownership.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven 2–4 years of B2B sales experience in technical/products like lifts, generators, transformer, HT Switchgear, LT Switchgear, PFI, HVAC, etc.
- Strong technical knowledge with excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Valid motorbike driving license for frequent client visits and site surveys.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and highly customer-focused.
- Ability to generate leads, present technically, write proposals, and close contracts.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Identify and develop new customer leads, and maintain existing relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Perform client site surveys and deliver tailored technical presentations.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contractual terms, and close deals.
- Coordinate with technical teams for execution and post-sales support.
- Maintain detailed sales reports and market insights.
- Regular travel across sites using motorbike for client engagements.
