∎ Answer questions about job and visa information of the company.
∎ Receive & make calls to the customers.Capable to handle customer queries & complaints instantly.
∎ Capable to handle Inbound/outbound calls.Collect customer feedback.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Make Report to Manager.Positive attitude and self-motivated.
∎ Direct prospects to Counselling team when needed.
∎ Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
∎ Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
∎ We are looking for enthusiastic Tele Marketing Executives to contribute in generating sales.
∎ An effective Tele Marketing Executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
