Education:
∎ A minimum of a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field) or BSc Engg(Fresher) or any marketing personel is required.

∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Experience: At least 2-3 years of proven sales experience in technical products (preferably lifts, generators, substations, or similar industries). Strong knowledge of B2B sales is essential.
∎ Motorbike Driving: A valid motorbike license with proficiency in driving is required as the role involves frequent travel to client sites.
∎ Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, partners, and internal teams.
∎ Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and close deals in a competitive marketplace.
∎ Customer-Focused Approach: Ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
∎ Problem-Solving & Technical Aptitude: Strong problem-solving skills and a basic understanding of technical systems related to lifts, generators, and substations.
∎ Proactive & Goal-Oriented: Self-driven, motivated to succeed, and comfortable working with sales targets.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sales Target Achievement: Proactively generate leads and convert them into customers by selling lifts, generators, and substations. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
∎ Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver outstanding service throughout the sales process.
∎ Product Knowledge & Presentations: Provide expert advice to clients on product specifications, installation processes, and post-sale services. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrating the value of our products.
∎ Sales Strategy & Market Analysis: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture market share, ensuring that MRS Group stays ahead of the competition. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
∎ Negotiations & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring that contracts are signed and deals are closed successfully. Address any objections or concerns with a focus on achieving a win-win outcome for both the client and MRS Group.
∎ Site Surveys & Technical Support: Conduct on-site surveys to understand customer requirements and provide the most suitable product solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
∎ Motorbike Driving & Travel: Travel to client sites across the region to conduct product demonstrations, site assessments, and deliver customer support. A valid motorbike license is required for this role.
∎ Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
