∎ Masters/ MBA (Major in Marketing) from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have potentiality to development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Capability to work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
∎ Following-up clients and maintain their records.
∎ Dealing with clients and provide them project information over telephone.
∎ Maintain direct prospect visit out of the office.
∎ To attend Site office duty and search outdoor prospect.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in Real Estate sector.
∎ Should have sound computer proficiency specially MS Office Package, excellent interpersonal skill, and good command over written & spoken English.
∎ Ready to work under stress & pressure.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing and Sales in Real Estate (Land) developer Company.
