Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Page management.
Strong design skills with Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla
Maritime Entrepreneurs Pte. Ltd., a leading trading and intending company specializing in raw materials for diverse industries, is seeking a creative and results-oriented Executive / Senior Executive – Marketing. The ideal candidate will manage and grow our social media presence, develop engaging content, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. This role requires hands-on expertise with digital tools, design software, and analytics to enhance our brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Manage and update company pages across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Plan, create, and schedule monthly social media posts using Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Page tools.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track performance analytics to improve reach and impact.
Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance optimization.
2. Content Creation & Design
Design visually appealing graphics, banners, and promotional materials using tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Canva. (Mandatory Requirement)
Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for marketing campaigns, product promotions, and events.
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all content aligns with the company’s image and objectives.
3. Campaign Execution
Support the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
Propose new and innovative content ideas to improve audience engagement.
4. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare monthly social media performance reports with actionable insights.
Track campaign results, engagement rates, and conversion data to refine future marketing strategies.
