• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Indenting Firm, Group of Companies

• Age At least 23 years

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharma, API, or Excipient sourcing

• B.Pharm or M.Pharm is mandatory

• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills

• Good understanding of the pharmaceutical raw material supply chain

• Experience working with indenting Company is highly recommended

• Experience in similar industries or organizations like Maritime Entrepreneurs Ltd. will be considered an added advantage

1. Source and procure Pharmaceutical, API, and Excipient raw materials from suppliers

2. Identify and evaluate new suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliable supply

3. Communicate and negotiate with suppliers on pricing, lead time, MOQs, payment terms, and delivery schedules

4. Coordinate with internal teams for product requirement planning and market demand forecasting

5. Support marketing and business development activities, including market analysis and new product introduction

6. Collect, review, and maintain technical documents such as COA, MSDS, GMP, DMF, and regulatory certificates

7. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical quality standards and regulatory requirements

8. Track supplier performance and maintain proper supplier database and sourcing records

9. Assist in cost analysis, margin planning, and pricing strategy for sourced materials

10. Coordinate sample requests, trials, and feedback between suppliers and customers

11. Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and availability of pharma raw materials

12. Prepare regular sourcing, supplier, and market development reports for management review
