Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Sales promoting and traveling arrangements for clients (individuals/ Travel agents/businesses/ corporate groups).
∎ To enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele and increasing the sales ratio of the company.
∎ Perform marketing & selling services through physical visit, telephone, mail or any other mode of communications.
∎ Market Visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity to achieve sales target.
∎ Responsible to provide welcoming atmosphere to valued customers with warm assistance, efficiently, courteously and professionally.
∎ Work as an integrated member of the sales team, sales visits, making client calls, providing details information and package proposals to agents and clients.
∎ Providing sales leads and liaising with other members of the team where appropriate. Co-ordinate indoor and outdoor duties with customers, corporate and other related commercial houses.
∎ Constantly develop on client review and Report on all queries for better Customer Service and experience.
∎ Basic knowledge in Airline Reservation/ Ticketing.
∎ Plan and carry out direct sales activities to attain new customers by agreed sales and business plans.
