Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Excellent Relationship & Follow-up with prospective & current Clients.
∎ Ensure that Customer Information is maintained accurately in the Customer Database.
∎ Analyze Trends, Data, Demographics, Pricing Strategies and other information that can potentially improve Marketing and Sales performance.
∎ Acquire New Customers & visit the Market frequently.
∎ Respond and follow-up Sales inquiries through understanding the Prospects requirements.
∎ Responsible for achieving the Sales Target.
∎ Collect, Forecast and analyze the Market Data for Operating Plan.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 01 (one) year or more working Experience in Real Estate Industry.
∎ Should be Smart, energetic & Self motivated.
∎ Customer friendly attitude & polite behavior.
∎ Capability of convincing prospect.
∎ Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
∎ Fairly Good in Spoken & Written in Bangla & English.
∎ Excellent Knowledge in MS Office Package.
