∎ Bachelor and/or Masters Degree in Marketing from a recognized University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Excellent Relationship & Follow-up with prospective & current Clients.
∎ Ensure that Customer information is maintained accurately in the Customer Database.
∎ Analyze Trends, Data, Demographics, Pricing Strategies and other information that can potentially improve Marketing and Sales performance.
∎ Acquire New Customers & visit Projects frequently. ? Respond and follow-up Sales inquiries through understanding the Prospects requirements.
∎ Responsible for achieving the Sales Target.
∎ Collect, Forecast and analyze the Market Data for Operating Plan.
∎ Follow-up Clients through Phone Calls, Emails & Physical visit to generate Sales.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 02 (Two) years or more working Experience in Real Estate Industry.
∎ Should be Smart, energetic & Self motivated.
∎ Customer friendly attitude & polite behavior.
∎ Capability of convincing prospect.
∎ Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Fairly good in speaking & writing in Bangla & English.
∎ Sound Knowledge in MS Office Package, Emails & Internet related tasks.
