Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Audit/ Investigation, Contract, Land

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To verify all project related legal documents for further action.
∎ To check & vet the received files and prepare the legal opinion.
∎ To take necessary steps for joint venture registration.
∎ To communicate with DC Office, AC (Land) Office, Union/Pouro Land Office & Forest Office for Demarcation the Gadget land from forest department.
∎ To communicate with AC (Land) Office & Union/Pouro Land Office for Mutation & ownership transfer.
∎ To prepare various kinds of (especially land related) deeds and agreements relating to property transfer and mortgage and in due course of the same with the sub-register office.
∎ To collect all Project related Porcha such as C.S/ S.A/ R.S from Revenue Deputy Collector Office.
∎ To provide all types of legal support to the company.
∎ To ensure periodic review of pending cases & provide required support to legal team to facilitate appropriate handling & resolution
∎ To co-ordinate with External Lawyers and ensuring successful handling & resolution of pending cases in different courts/ tribunals.
∎ To ensure draft of Legal Notice, Agreement, Plaint, Written Objection and other petitions as and when necessary to represent the company.
∎ Any other activities assigned by management when as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in contemporary law.
∎ Strong analytical abilities and problem solving skills

Salary: Negotiable
