Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preparation of Debit vouchers both Cash and Bank & also Journal Vouchers
∎ Responsible for Banking & Cash Handling and also prepare cheque requisition statement.
∎ Responsible for maintenance of Cash book, Bank book, General ledger, Advance register, Petty Cash register and cheque register for assigned Projects.
∎ Preparing Receipts & Payments Accounts and monthly expenses statement.
∎ Filing and updating of relevant vouchers.
∎ Collection of monthly Bank statements & prepare reconciliation statement.
∎ Collection of recovery money from different projects and deposited to HO Bank Account.
∎ Checking PR with approved fund request & procurement process as per Friendship policy.
∎ Assist to prepare Project wise monthly fund request.
∎ Preparing invoice, Office rent and other bills and also deduction of VAT & Tax and deposited into Bank.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 27 years
∎ Strong Report writing skills to clearly articulate the issues of interest
∎ Proficiency on Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
∎ Flexibility and problem solving skill for the interest of the project
∎ Understanding of the development program
∎ Ability to work independently, under pressure and deliver on time
∎ Proven ability to work as a team member
∎ Adequate sensitivity towards gender, disability and other minority issues.
