∎ IBA, Dhaka University,North South University,BRAC University,East West University,Independent University, Bangladesh students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Corporate Sales, Data Analysis, Direct Sales, Excellent communication skill, PRESENTATION SKILLS
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Client hunting, Client Relationship Management, Customer relationship, Real Estate Sales, Tele Marketing, Tele Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research and analyze real estate market trends, competitor offerings and other information that affects business sales strategies.
∎ Adhere to the recommended sales strategies to meet the desired sales targets.
∎ Identify areas for improvement in product/service offerings, marketing strategy, and sales activities.
∎ Generate new corporate clients & regular follow-up with existing and potential clients.
∎ Build an effective relationship with the customers & maintain client database.
∎ Manage existing & potential customers by sales visits & regular online follow up.
∎ Visit & search different corporate organization's & Clients for creating new customers to achieve individual monthly / quarterly / yearly sales target.
∎ Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales information.
∎ Reach out to customer leads through Tele marketing.
∎ Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Solid knowledge of Sales techniques and principles
∎ Creative thinking & decision-making skills, never give up mentality
∎ Expert in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint), email communication and social media networking.
∎ Possess excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skill
∎ Able to work under pressure with responsibility
∎ Should be well conversant, presentable with Good Manner.
Salary: Negotiable
