Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/Bachelor’s/Diploma in a relevant subject
∎ (BFA/ MFA/ Diploma in Graphics Deign will get preference)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.
∎ Working with different software for 4/6/8 colors profile for inkjet machine.
∎ Follow the production schedule and match the shade in time and keep the production smooth.
∎ Organize and collaborate with foreign designers for the new product development.
∎ Develop Interior and exterior Design using 3D software.
∎ Develop packaging design for various products.
∎ Making a catalog design for printing and web.
∎ Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Production team to select and finalize new Design.
∎ Complete any other tasks assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The strong background in ILLUSTRATOR, PHOTOSHOP & other designing software.
∎ Strong Execution Skills and Strategic Thinking with analytical ability
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills
∎ Quick and balanced decision making and input skill
∎ Willing to stay near factory compound on own accord
