Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in CSE/ CSC/ EEE/ ECE/ ICE/BBA/ MBA from any reputed organization.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Company, ISP, IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to achieve sales target within specified market.
∎ Visit Corporate Customers, preparing offer letter/quotation, follow-up clients, and close the deal.
∎ Create new customer and maintain Long Term Business Relationship with existing clients.
∎ Regular market visit, meeting with existing and potential customers, e-mail Marketing, Mobile Marketing etc.
∎ Knowledge of Market analysis, Sales promotion, customer management principles and practices.
∎ Able to prepare & maintain daily/weekly/monthly Sales report and daily reporting to Supervisor.
∎ Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services and generate new business leads and arrange meetings;
∎ Planning for Corporate Marketing & Direct Sales activities
∎ Sourcing potential new customers and maintaining regular contact with existing customers.
∎ Must have ability to motivate Junior Executive to achieve individual Sales target.
∎ To visit organizations on regular basis for selling systems.
∎ To Create Marketing plans and strategy based on extensive research backed by implementation plans and timeline.
∎ To present ideas, campaign strategies & costs to clients
∎ To generate and interpret analytical reports on Social Media
∎ To identify accounts whose revenue may be shrinking so as to address any ‘at risk’ customers and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained.
∎ To work in a team, handle pressure situations and maintain deadlines
∎ To work and follow up with vendors on project basis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Strong analytical, presentation, interpersonal & organizational skills.
∎ Candidates must be able to speak and write in both Bangla and English.
∎ Candidates must have skills to work with Microsoft office programs.
∎ Excellent & effective communication skills, both verbal & in-writing.
∎ Candidates should be smart, hardworking & energetic to perform his sales job in corporate sector.
∎ Minimum 02 year in sales & marketing area of web solution/ISP/Software/IT company.
Salary: Negotiable
