Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct an audit as per the approved checklist and management’s guidance
∎ Verification of all bills, and vouchers to ensure the accuracy of accounting transactions
∎ Capable of finding discrepancies in every dealing and record and having to report to higher management
∎ Ensure internal control system for every financial/ nonfinancial transaction
∎ Planning and allocating competent and adequate skills and schedule with the supervisor
∎ Investigate and determine causes of irregularities & errors
∎ Perform an internal audit on the inventory management system
∎ To check and verify all requisition, PR, PO, delivery Challan, etc.
∎ Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
