• Address customers' concerns in a timely manner.

• Encourage customer feedback.

• Manage challenging situations that may affect customers.

• Identify customers’ needs and wants.

• Build long-term relationships with key clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams.

• Assist customers with their purchasing decisions.

• Hunting locally and nationally to meet potential and existing clients.

• Negotiate with client’s to get better deals for customers.

• Carry out customer satisfaction surveys.

• Write and submit reports to the team leader and senior management.

• Develops and implements sales targets.

• Ensures client satisfaction with company products and services.

• Conducts research on the competition.

• Spearheads initiatives with the sales team to up-sell or cross-sell company products and services.

• Ensuring existing clients are satisfied through after-sales care, as well as gaining and using feedback.

• Identifying and approaching potential new clients or individuals to engage as clients.

• Giving presentations to clients about products or services.

• Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues as appropriate.

• Ensuring that the terms of a contract are adhered to by both our employer and clients.

• Understanding and helping to meet the targets and aims of the client.
