Responsibilities & Context:

1. Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

2. Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
  • Use data-driven insights to adjust sales strategies and tactics.

5. Administrative Duties:

  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales activities.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of sales documentation and reporting.
  •  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
