Hunting locally and nationally to meet potential and existing clients.
Negotiate with client’s to get better deals for customers.
Carry out customer satisfaction surveys.
Write and submit reports to the team leader and senior management.
Develops and implements sales targets.
Ensures client satisfaction with company products and services.
Conducts research on the competition.
Spearheads initiatives with the sales team to up-sell or cross-sell company products and services.
Ensuring existing clients are satisfied through after-sales care, as well as gaining and using feedback.
Identifying and approaching potential new clients or individuals to engage as clients.
Giving presentations to clients about products or services.
Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues as appropriate.
Ensuring that the terms of a contract are adhered to by both our employer and clients.
Understanding and helping to meet the targets and aims of the client.
