- Familiarity with the Sylhet Division market is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales & Marketing Officer – FMCG to join our team in the Sylhet Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving market growth and ensuring strong customer engagement within the territory. This is an on-site field role, involving regular travel within assigned routes.

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct daily market visits following route plans
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly targets
- Perform market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Maintain and develop relationships with distributors and retailers
- Monitor and report on sales performance vs. targets
- Ensure visibility and availability of products across the market
- Act as a liaison between the company and customers/distributors
- Provide timely feedback on market conditions and competitor activity
