Job Responsibilities:
∎ At Least 2 Years Experience as an Area Sales Executive in any type of sales/Marketing Especially in the Lubricants Industry;
∎ Supervise a sizeable team of Field Officers, Dealers, and distributors to achieve the given sales target of the assigned sales division;
∎ Planning sales targets for individual Field Officers, Dealers, and distributors of your team;
∎ Maintaining and increasing sales volume of the company's different brand products;
∎ The Applicants should have experience in the following business areas. Direct Selling/Marketing service company;
∎ Should have very good analytical & problem-solving skills along with excellent reporting skills;
∎ Should have creative thinking & writing ability;
∎ Should have good command over spoken & written English & Bengali;
∎ Provides target VS sales results by preparing & following sales tracking reports;
∎ Provides timely & structured feedback from Trade, Customers & Competitors;
∎ Daily//Weekly/Monthly Reporting of business activities;
∎ Gather and update Market information to the Line Manager; and
∎ Ability to work under pressure & to deadlines.
