Responsibilities & Context: Job Context: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Territory Manager to join our Magnum Petroleum Limited, Sales Division to lead our sales operations in a designated region. The role requires strong leadership, excellent market knowledge, and proven skills in driving sales, managing dealer/distributor networks, and ensuring brand growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the market presence of our engine oil and lubricant products across Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all sales operations in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Supervise all assigned sales executive and junior executive to achieve sales target.
- Recruit, develop, and supervise dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Lead, train, and motivate sales teams and junior staff to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain strong business relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure proper stock management, timely distribution, and smooth supply chain flow.
- Prepare and present detailed territory performance reports to senior management.
- Implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand-building activities in the region.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve them efficiently.
