Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Executive to join our Magnum Petroleum Limited, Sales Division. The role requires hands-on experience in sales operations, dealer management, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the engine oil/lubricants industry and be capable of taking ownership of assigned territories and sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage dealers, distributors, and retailers in assigned regions.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share.
  • Monitor stock levels, delivery schedules, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and product activations.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and submit to senior management.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior executives or sales representatives.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction through timely support.
