∎ Develop persuasive responses to overcome objections and confidently guide them toward a purchase decision.
∎ Secure sales commitments through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
∎ Build trust and rapport with potential customers, fostering positive relationships that lead to long-term sales success.
∎ Attentively track sales calls and record relevant customer information.
∎ Prepare comprehensive sales reports that detail your activities, leads generated, sales achieved, and customer feedback.
